This is officially the first review I've delivered any service provider. After the experience I've had working with Ryan and Elizabeth, it would be wrong of me not to take the time to compose this review. The work these folks do is second to none. They are true technicians within the legal realm. They understand 'the system'. Above and beyond that however, they care. Were there more stars available for this review, I would be sure to deliver each and every one of them....and without hesitation. They are well deserved. Some background: one of my family members is a police officer. When I found myself in a troubling situation with the law, I immediately went to her asking for advice on an attorney. Ryan and Elizabeth were recommended not only by her, but too, by a number of people on the Force. As it turns out, it was for good reason. Going into my case, my sister explained that the nature of my charges were going to make this a difficult case to 'win'. In fact, it was hard. Ryan and Elizabeth were there every step of the way. And they were responsive every hour of the day. And, in an industry ripe with 'frauds', they proved to be the real deal - true technicians. Ryan was up front with me when we first met that this case wasn't going to be an easy one. After a grueling and stressful number of months, Ryan and Elizabeth were able to get my case dismissed. They were creative in their approach; and they didn't ever stop. Recently, I wanted to get the case expunged. Doing so should not have proven to be difficult given the 'continuance for dismissal' ruling I was delivered. Turns out, it was hard indeed. Due to the nature of my charges, we met some resistance within the system. After an initial declination of our request, we revisited it. And for what it's worth, taking a second stab at this wasn't ever a debate. Elizabeth just jumped back in upon receiving the declination. Just yesterday, I received a notification that the expungement request had been officially granted. The records are sealed. Ryan and Elizabeth beat the odds. They lived up to the hype. Again - there are not enough stars available to adequately frame up my satisfaction and appreciation with these two individuals. If you're in need, you're in need - go meet with them. *Also, as someone that reads reviews and gets regularly skeptical about those that are overly complementary, I want to make it clear that I don't know these two people. I had no history with them before this case. And outside of our business dealings, I don't maintain a relationship. I am merely a satisfied consumer of their services. I wouldn't hesitate in referring them (and have in fact done so twice now) to friends and/or family.
