Kevin is an outstanding attorney. I was arrested and charged with a DWI 2 in December of last year. Kevin answered the call at 3am and I was out my midday the next day. From there, Kevin had me come into his office to explain my side of the situation. He analyzed the evidence and was quick to determine the route we should take. The charge was reduced to obstruction of a highway, and one-year probation. I'm truly grateful for Kevin and plan on hiring him again when probation is over to have this case expunged and sealed.

I never ever thought that I would need legal assistance until I was charged with a DWI last October. I worked with Kevin and did everything he recommended and just this past week he was able to call and inform me that my case had been dismissed. Kevin was always prompt to respond to emails and for more detailed things would call and explain every piece of what was going on and answered all questions I ever had. I don’t live in Austin so the fact that he was able to handle everything without me ever having to step foot in court was a huge bonus. I highly recommend Kevin for anything needed in the Austin area! I plan on reaching back out to Kevin in a few months hopefully to get this case fully expunged.

Kevin and his team were absolutely amazing! He helped through the whole process of getting my expungement and was always there to answer any questions.
