Okay I'm sorry this is going to be long but if you're reading reviews to find an attorney I hope you found this one I live in North Carolina and I got in trouble in Tennessee about 16 years ago and it was never resolved I went online and searched attorneys and pick mr. Nash just out of the blue. I truly wish I could pick lottery tickets as good as finding good attorney. I spoke with the paralegal and within an hour mr. Nash called me personally to discuss my case my case was old it was not in the clerk's office are in the computers so they had to dig for it the next day is paralegal called me and told me what was going on this was a Friday. The next week mr. Nash called me again personally to tell me my options he was going to try and expunged mycase so I didn't have to pay the fines and save me money. After further discussion he said that I wasn't a good candidate for expungement but told me after the time he had spent that I didn't need him or any attorney all I had to do was pay the fines at the clerk's office. I paid an attorney in my hometown $10,000 and spoke to him once mr. Nash spoke to me twice personally and his paralegal twice and then told me did I didn't need to pay him and told me how to take care of it myself so if you are looking for an attorney that will work for you and be honest with you do yourself a favor and hire mr. Nash. I sure you this is not a paid advertisements and completely honest I don't even live in the state

I am from out of state and was facing 2 years in a state penitentiary and Brian and Preston BOTH did an EXCELLENT job in preparing, and taking on the case when it was crunch time. I was very nervous in the days leading up to court, but once there Brian made sure that i knew everything that was going on, and did an excellent job negotiating to keep me out of jail and able to head back home as well. i will definitely be contacting them again when it comes time for my case to be expunged, thanks again guys!
