I contacted Philip's office about a simple possession charge out of Rutherford county. I did not want to use a local attorney so decided to go with someone in Nashville and I am more than happy that I made that choice. Philip got all of my charges expunged and was very informative of the process from my first phone call until my last. Trust me- this is the guy to go with if you are needing help.

I highly recommend the PNC Law office. Phillip was able to get my niece's 5 year-old TN violation dismissed and expunged for a very reasonable fee in a reasonable time. Since I live in NC and located this firm through Google, it was blind luck that I found an attorney who did what he said he would do. When I called his office initially, Tabitha was both knowledgeable and friendly but not pushy. She suggested that I would want to talk with Phillip prior to signing a contract, which was exactly what I wanted. I was very scared about going to court but Mr. Clark reassured me that everything would be fine and it was. His prior job gave him so many connections on the inside that he pretty much knew all the judges and workers and told me how he thought things were gonna go, and they went exactly as he said. He even got my charges expunged at no extra coast. Great lawyer!!!

I live out of State didn’t have to go to court once and all my charges were dropped and expunged!
