Kter Malkut is my pen name. My name is Rozain C. Chitty. Extremely dishonest law firm. I am a Maryland attorney who advised my nephew who had a dui issue in DC to hire scrofano law based on their reviews. I was also in contact with another attorney who said he would have to plead guilty and get on a program where he could have his record cleared. Her charge was $3500. Chris Muttimer from Scrofano law told my nephew that he would not have to plead guilty and that they could get a non-prosecution and wanted $5000. My nephew was keen to go that route. AFTER the payment of $5000 there was a guilty plea and they did exactly what the other attorney had promised to do. In addition it was extremely difficult to get them to finish the submission of the paperwork after the program was over, Mr Muttimer is no longer with the firm and I wrote to Mr. Scrofano explaining what happened and my concern because I advised my nephew to hire their firm. I asked him for a refund of $1500. He did not respond. I am hoping to file a complaint with the DC Bar regarding the unethical behavior on the part of the firm.

I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect trial . Although Attorney Ghnocci fell ill right before my trial date he was there in court ready to litigate my case . He discussed my possibility and gave me a brief overview of his points. It turns out we didn’t need them as the officer didn’t show and the case was thrown out . It was amazing and then Attorney Ghnocci actually gave me advice on how to get the charge expunged and offered to do it for me . The man’s amazing !
